Josh Koscheck seems to be pretty interested to fight Nick Diaz in the upcoming Super Bowl Weekend and for the nest season 2013. Recently he has posted his wish list where he has mentioned the names of all those who he wants to stand against.  And he has found quite a green signal form the Diaz’s side. Diaz had been held back for 12 months after he had been caught for taking marijuana for the second time. Only a match can set his career back in the right path is what his team feels. So it seems, they also are looking forward to getting up a match with Josh.

However, there are certain complications that are standing in the way of the ‘wished’ match.. Formal papers say that Nick Diaz cannot be back before February 4 2013 and the slot of UFC 157 for the match can be probably Feb. 2. 2013 just two days before his suspension lift. This means that if all rules are adhered to, then Nick cannot fight Josh Koscheck on the very day. Next he would have to run around to get his fighting license because he has been sitting for almost a year without fights. Now the only hope regarding solving this problem is the Nevada State Athletic Commission itself. They are the ones who have the power to make an exception here as Josh Koscheck, a fellow fighter himself is interested to fight Diaz at the upcoming UFC. If not they can delay the date which is an easier way to be done.

However, one needs to keep aside all the speculations at this time because the Commission has not yet given any thought about this matter. Josh would have to wait until then for his wish to come true.
